Puji 9 (puji9.games) is an online gaming platform designed for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Puji 9. By creating an account or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

• Keeping your account password strictly confidential is your responsibility.
• Any changes to account information must be reported to Puji 9 immediately.
• Sharing your account with another person is strictly prohibited.

The name and details you provide at registration will be used for KYC verification at the time of withdrawal. Entering accurate information from the start will save you trouble down the line.

Puji 9 is strictly for adults. No one under the age of 18 may create an account or use the platform's services.

Puji 9 may request a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence at any time for age verification purposes. Refusal to submit these documents will result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold.

Deposits on Puji 9 are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Upay, Rocket, and Eastern Bank (EBL) transfers. Any newly added payment methods will be announced on the platform.

Always use the reference number provided by Puji 9 when making a deposit. Payments sent without a reference number may take additional time to match and, in some cases, may be returned.

• Coordinated activity aimed at exploiting the bonus system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Threatening or harassing Puji 9 staff.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.

Puji 9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts under the following circumstances without prior notice.

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Submitting false or forged documents during KYC verification.
• Unusual or suspicious activity on an account.
• Directives from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

A user's balance is verified before account closure. Any valid balance will be returned provided there is no evidence of policy violations.

Puji 9 strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to internet outages, server issues, or third-party technical problems. Puji 9 is not liable for such unavoidable circumstances.

• In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, the game provider's rules regarding wager settlement will apply.
